Critical Brain Candy

I love reading … Especially when a good bill makes it past second reading in the House of Commons in Canada. I’m talking about the Same Sex Marriage Bill.

It’s apparently “controversial” but hopefully it will make it through to become law. I still can’t understand peoples arguments against it. Rather, there’s no “real” argument against it, it’s a purely emotional reaction. They say the definition of marriage is a union between a man and a woman. Well, I say the definition of being a Canadian includes not being a bigot, so get over it.
